Tommy is married to Stephanie, and has 4 children – Claire, James, Luke, and Mark. Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, Tommy met Stephanie while they were both on a two-year missionary assignment in Lusaka, Zambia with the International Mission Board. After work and ministry in Richmond, VA, Tommy and his family moved to Fort Worth to complete a Masters of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

After completing his degree, Tommy and his family moved to Glen Allen, VA to serve as an Associate Pastor at Staples Mill Road Baptist Church. His current position at SMRBC is the Associate Pastor of Outreach and Administration.

Tommy loves to serve the church, building systems, equipping the saints,  and collaborating between teams to move the church together forward in ministry.
